FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2257Ware Changes OwnershipNew Breed Media says 'Goodbye to Mavis'9/6/2005 -- It was announced today by New Breed Media CEO William Rust that ownership of 2257Ware and the software product 2257 MAVIS, used to obtain and maintain 2257 record keeping compliance by adult webmasters and other adult industry content producers as stipulated by 18 USC 2257, would be effective immediately. Mr. Rust, made the following statement: "It is with unfortunate regret that I am parting ways with 2257ware.com and
MAVIS. Due to some uncontrollable circumstances, I am no longer in a position to
continue to fund the development and marketing of the software. Ben has gone to great lengths to insure the solution was built and tested to the highest caliber of compliance and use, and will continue to do so." Mr. Brady also offered a statement concerning the transfer of ownership stating: "After a great deal of discussion between Bill and myself, we have come to
the mutual decision that what would be best for the software and existing
customers is for me to take ownership and control of the 2257 MAVIS software so
that Bill can concentrate on other facets of his business. I admire Bill's
